tapnum.com ("tapnum", "we", "us") is a directory that links product codes shown in our videos to the product page on the store that sells it. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Codes you enter. The product code you type or the link you tap, so we can send you to the right product.
- Technical data. Your IP address, browser type (user agent), the page that referred you, and the time of the visit. We use this to count clicks per code and per platform and to protect the site from abuse.
- Link parameters. Links from our videos carry campaign tags (UTM) that tell the store which video sent you. These tags identify the video, not you.
We do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details, and we do not create accounts on tapnum.
Cookies and embedded content
tapnum itself does not set tracking cookies. Some pages embed videos from YouTube; when a video loads, YouTube may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve the font files.
Where you go next
When you follow a code, you leave tapnum and land on an independent store. That store's own privacy policy and terms apply to anything you do there, including purchases.
How long we keep data
Click records are kept for up to 24 months for reporting, then deleted or aggregated so they no longer identify a visitor.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share technical data only with the service providers that host and protect the site, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you, or to object to its use. Because we hold no account data, most requests can be answered by deleting the click records tied to your IP address. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
tapnum is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
